Yea Lowes cut that piece a little short, nut much I can do

Caulking Finished box Fits PERFECT in my car and couldn't have asked for anything better I will eventually carpet it or paint it :fyi:.

I posted this over at ca.com and I thought I would post it over here too. Here ya go. Well I finished building the box, besides Lowes not very good job at cutting wood (the very end up the left side of the port is probably 1/2 inch short), I think it came out pretty nice considering it is my first box. It is 7.75 cufeet tuned to 30 hz. It is 6.5 cufeet internally tuned to 30hz with 111 inches of port area. What is your guys thoughts on it? to much/to little port area? not enough room inside the box? just post what you think on it.

Alright I found out the max dimensions I have in my trunk WITHOUT going above the backseat. It is 34x26x20 so I should have a decent amount of room in my trunk now to get a decent sized box.

Well I might have to have the depth a couple more inches then to get my desired space. well i did some more measurements and what i can fit without putting the box above back seat height is 33x25x20

Yea actually that sounds like itd be pretty good, well i think the max height i would want to do is 20" or else it would start going above the back seats.

Yea I am going with a 1 sub setup, I have room for the 18, I will just have to make the box taller/longer. I wish I could make it wider but I can't

So this is how much room I would like to use, but I have more room if necessary (I need some trunk space :laugh:) My dimensions are 33x21x17 and here is a picture with how what space I would like to take up. Just post your input on if this is good or if I should add more space for the box and how much! This should be around 6.817 cubes without any displacement. (btw this picture isn't mine I just googled what an 05 equinox trunk looks like, and no those side panels do not come out) hmm for some reason the picture came out a little blurry, but I think you should get the point and for the height I can also do up to about 21 inches so if i wanted to mount the sub back i could and aero ports are always an option so I can save some room inside.

Well I was about to just get it with the BP option now I need more input

So I am going to get an 18" Q and an AQ 1200d and I am just wondering if it would be worth it to get the BP Power option or not. I know what it does but am I even going to be running enough power to it to notice a difference between having it or not?
