I'm trying to make a list of things I need to get and/or do. I'm going to do the big 3, upgrade my battery,and already got a HU. Okay I have a 15" fi BL, if anyone could point me to some spec of a box with good SPL that would be very helpful. I've aslo got a RF 1500-1bd so would I need 1 or 2 batteries for it all.Could I use one battery to run my car and the system with no dimming of my lights? My alternator is stock, but I don't know much about them so how many amps would be good? I'm putting it all in a 99' Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks in advance.

Alright so I'm making my first system, I have a 15" BL and a T1500-1bd. I was wondering if I needed to upgrade my alternator. I just bought a optima yellow top, but I noticed some people tend to have an extra battery for the sub would I need one?

Yeah, I would get the sundown but the RF is cheaper and I'm low on money.

I just bought a 15" BL and was wondering if the T1500-1bd would be a good match for the BL.

Would the BL be better than a T2? My friend is offering me a good deal on one and I'm not sure if I want a Rockford T2 or the BL. Their the same price, the T2 might be a little less.

I don't have a budget but the more pricey it gets the longer I have to wait until my system is done.

BTL will need more power which means more electrical upgrades which means its way more than 200 extra dollars. I'd stick with the Bl unless you have the money to do all that. What amp would you recommend for the BL. I'm going to upgrade my battery tomorrow and the alternator will be upgraded around August. Just trying to make slow progress.

Would the BTL be worth the extra 200 dollars or should I just go with the BL?
