I'm not looking to get my sub wired to 1ohm my buddy is getting a 12" BL and the hifonics 1600d which does 1600 @ 1ohm. So I have been wiring mine the way it should cool thanks for the reply. Do you have a schematic on how to wire a D2 BL to 1ohm? -
I'm getting a 12" Fi BTL fully loaded dual 1 and I'm trying to find out if how i've wired my Q and BL in the past is right or not. I have a Clarion DPX11551 that's doing 1600 rms @ 2ohms. Before I wired the sub with the positive from the amp to one coil and then the negative from the amp to the other coil and then the negative from the other coil to the postive on the other coil. Is that how it should be wired to get a 2 ohm load? And is it possible to get a 1ohm load from a dual 1 sub? -
Thats the thing you can't see where anything is wrong lol! The sub looks just like it did when I took it out. I don't know what to show you. I just want to know how much it costs to recone it. Does Fi have a warranty? I bought this in February. -
what do you want pictures of? The sub physically is the exact same as when I first got it. -

Ya I have called them and I have emailed them and I haven't heard back from them at all. I really want to get this fixed. I would also like to mention that when I push on the cone it makes a scratchy like noise.. -

Hello, I am having some problems with my Fi Q 12" and I dont know what happened. The other day I was listening to some music and then suddenly my sub stopped working completely. I tested the resistance from both the coils and only one side is working, what should I do? Do I need a recone? Ive sent some emails to scott nick and the sales emails and called and left a few messages but havent heard from anyone yet. Is there any way the sub could be fixed?
