Motortrendzone.com
Ok so I may get a beating for posting this here, but I am not just trying to SPAM the site. MotorTrendZone This is my site and the start of an entire new arena I and my partners are working on for the internet. It is basically an auctions site, built around a full community. I know a bunch of you guys from way back and I know a lot of you caraudio nuts will be interested in the site (especially as it grows) SO I am asking all of you to come and help it grow a bit! Sign up and you will also be notified of new zones as we post them. One will be a Mobile Electronics zone (comming VERY soon)... as well as a ton of others. Hell, post ideas for it here to me, or send them to the admin e-mail on the site and me or my partner will reply quickly. *note: my appologies to site owners and admin if this post is not allowed.... but it IS off-topic! lol*

List your computer specs
<{POST_SNAPBACK}> One more thing to say.... ok.. maybe two... alright so that is a few things... but I loath Macs with a passion... LOL <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol I built my own computer... something you Mac boys really can't do so well eh? ... but aside from that... I have virus protection built into the CPU on my machine... as well as some of the best and tightest security around. Comes with the territory.... Besides... I know of a few good virus scripts that can shut down a mac pretty quick LOL When your PC crashes from a virus Ill still be here typing away, and when you open up your computer and see all the mess of wires, please dont call me crying. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Firewall will never allow the virus to enter, also everything is backed up on the server in the house. Along with another external HD. Plus Norton has yet to fail me As far as building a comp, thats cool, I am not that knowlagable, but I work for CompUSA so I probly paid MUCH less then you think. Plus I am big into Music and graphics and a Mac is the way to go for me. As far as the wire thing I stated If you have ever seen the internals of a mac you would understand. No worries I still love you in a man crush sort of way <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol I have seen the inside and I know what you mean, but the old comparison for music and graphics from mac to pc... is well dead isssue now. I mean 75% of graphics cards in pc's now are capable of doing anything a mac can do. Mine... is well... above and beyond most mac's dreams.... lol but I paid about $550 for the card alone.

Wiring sub to a computer?
Have to have an amp to drive them. Otherwise it would not be much more diffcult then sending the signal out to the amp and then to the sub. Otherwise it'd be pretty much useless.

Anyone familar with Cryptology?
Go into the Air Force or other military branch. They will train you in cryptology and you will learn much more advanced stuff than what you can find in schools. When your term is up then you can head out and pretty much grab any job you want and at a higher pay rate than out of college. Mostly due to the experience you get while in.

Alien Ware Computers
ok you go out and piece together and alienware system, then price out all of the exact same components and prove to me you can do it for half the cost. Include in there the software that you would normally receive, or just windows. You can't...you will save a few hundred (maybe a thousand or so if you have a MASSIVE system like mine) but you will never find it for half the cost.

New System
Actually with an el cheapo webcam. Mine somehow did not make it in the order and is now backordered. New didgital cam and webcam will be comming soon and I will update the pics then.

SI Computer Donation
Hard drives CD-rom/CDRW Case Memory Video Card Sound Card <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I got a nice hard-drive, that is dead, but has an RMA # from Western Digital that I can donate. Is only 30gb, but does the job and is brand spankin new. Had it in the girlfriend's computer, but one day both harddrives in that one died. It is still under full warranty and I have the RMA for its replacement. Spare memory is all gone now with a build of a crap machine for the kids to dink with, same for video card and sound card. I do have a spare cd-rom though too.
