  1. Well I was a bit skeptical about ordering from a small company that seems to be finding it's niche...But Ill tell you what. So far its been really enjoyable and a pleasure. If the woofer's performance replicates anything that ive had from you guys so far.... You get my point. Thanks
  2. Well. UPS had scheduled delivery for the 16th...However it is out for delivery today!
  3. Good one MDE: Jim J: well you made me laugh but failed to be Dope of the day. That award was spoken for.
  4. Well that was quite a contribution to my thread. You should sit around for a couple of hours and come up with another one word post. You hurt my soul. FAIL.
  5. Ill just speak for myself but I was thinking it would be cool to see the "behind the scenes" of Fi. Anyone else think it would be awesome?
  6. You guys rock! Ordered the Bl on the 7th and it shipped out today. Sick!
  7. That sound stream looks like a better deal although way bit more money. Hopefully someone else can steer you in the right direction but all that I know is that 1500 will absolutely pound. If your looking for something more mild then less power will suit your tastes.
  8. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=7154 As far as amps go....Sounds like anywhere around 1500W will destroy.
  9. I could not wait longer till my other subs sold... So I just sucked it up and purchased the BL. Can't wait guys!
  10. Mynameismcgyver posted a topic in US AMPS
Have 4 fresh Usa 2000's that have never seen power. Going to run one one my FI Bl 15 in my 2001 Nissan Maxima with aftermarket battery and stock alt. I wont be killing this setup but will it not kill my system until I get an 130Amp alt for it...And possibly a second battery if I need to??? Again, I wont be pushing it way too hard but ive heard these amps draw alot of current.
  11. Few questions before I go ordering my 15 BL .5ohm with options. 1. Will ordering online yield prompt service or should I contact directly? 2. What is the current wait time. I want to know before I order. Not worried about the overall time but if it's a month after expected build time then that will be unacceptable. 3. Which shipping company do you guys use if not UPS? How much will it be insured for? Believe that's all I have for now. Look forward to doing business soon. Thanks Mike G
  12. Very Nice. I referred Billy to you. Glad you are taking care of him.
  13. As far as options... I know Flat wind coil for sure would be better.. P Chamfer? Cooling? Extreme lead? Universal? What are those?^
  14. Thanks for replying. I was thinking more along those lines. Definitely have a good feel for the sub and where its limits are so I can hopefully bank on having the right settings and common sense running a high powered amp on a lower RMS rated sub. Hmmmm The BTL would be outta my price range for sure.. Thanks!
  15. I have a Alpine Mrd-m1005 Amp (1000W Rms 1800 peak) amp in a 4.0 cube 35 hz box (aero port) with Alpine Type R 15. Going to purchase a Fi woofer but really unclear as to which sub I should use. Also unsure to what my setup would compare to an Sq/LSQ/Spl setup. Bassically, I love how my current setup shakes the tip of my nose and the hair on my head when I play good bass songs. Seems to hit the lows reallllly well. Also, moves a decent amount of air. I am leaning more towards that setup but something that will take it to the next level. Should I go with the SSD or the Bl 15? Knowing that.....My second option is to run my US Amp 2000 (2000W @ 2 ohm) amp to which Ive been told that the SSD will not handle... 2k watts with any sub would blow away with what I have now if im not mistaken... Direction needed! Thanks Mike
