There's a couple ways I can go with these units, the Mitsu can do a lot more down low or the Ford unit can do 165a @ idle a cost less to produce.

It's in the other video in the double idler thread. The bracket comes with the idlers attached and we include the 2 bolts that you have to swap to have proper fit. Saw some pics of your unit going on!

Start saving, this unit is the best all around performance for this application that I have seen.

It will work great and remember that I drive this car daily so I will always be improving.

I don't think mileage will go down a measurable amount, but I have not measured. Cost will be determined shortly on the alternator, the idler kit will be $199 for the idlers, bracket and hardware, you supply the belt. I highly recommend it to kill belt slip! My car doesn't make the slightest chirp since installing this idler kit.

270a Denso bolt-in for $449, stock length belt should work just fine. Available with adjustable voltage for $549. This is a direct bolt-in unit with our 2-year warranty.

I replied on the other forum. We are here until 6pm EST today and can walk you through testing. From the video I have 2 suspect issues, one is belt slip the other is a loose connection. Make sure the connectors are bottomed out. Even when they feel like they are locked in they may not be fully inserted. Also check your power cables, make sure something didn't come loose! -Eric.

Let the hate flow! The car was a junker. It was parked in a local's yard for 4+ years, had heavy hail damage, 200k+ miles, blown trans and the balancer broke destroying the crank snout. Oh, and it was overheated in the process.
