not good. get that healed up. last time I hurt mine doing flat bench I was close to a year before I stopped having pain and numbness. need to take care of it before it gets too bad.I have been nursing a small tear in my cuff since August. Slowly getting my bench back, but after a heavy day pushing it, well it gets a little sore.I had surgery for a AC4 a while back like 5 years ago I did numerous push-ups through out the day I went from 10 - 600+ a day... reps of 10 and finally got were I could do reps of 50..they had to cut my collar bone and put in artificial tendons and all kinds of shit...It sucked The reason I stopped benching heavy and just started adding it back with moderate weight.

Think I might have pushed the shoulder a little hard today on flat bench. I don't like taking advil, but I just did.

They are pretty wild around here. Some have nice systems in their buggies. I honestly would love it. I get along good with honest ppl with good work ethic. We are pretty laid back and easy going, carry guns, drink lots of SJ, and scare the hell out of people.

Mine wants her belly button done. I did her belly a month ago and now she is hounding me for a tatt.. Here in Colorado the law is pretty vague. As long as there is parental consent its all good. Some citys here consider it child abuse, but the one Im in isn't one of them. She had a could piercings done in her ears with parental consent, but anything more than the ear is not allowed until 18.

My hangs out more now too. She turned 18 a month ago. Awesome
