J a bit of both. They have done well in local MMA and full contact kickboxing fights from Allentown to Atlantic City. I am not expert, but they enjoyed my help or maybe just pounding on me, not sure.

I am sad to say this, but I will be glad when Christmas is over because this cheer trip has brought a lot of tension and stress in my house. I would much rather pay for everything than deal with fund raising. Sad that such a good thing can bring such grief.

A much younger friend who I trained with in the past asked me yesterday if I would be interested in working out with him for an upcoming fight in Allentown. As much as I would love to get back into training I think I might be at the point where I would rather give advice.

I have not seen just the connectors, but I will look more and let you know.

Fingers crossed that this $200 hot tub works and makes the wife happy. Then I will be very happy I did not have to spend $6,500 on a new one.

Sean you should be able to use battery tender extensions cables with that. If you look on amazon you can get them pretty cheap.

Might finally move on up to cable internet.

After some practice I got her set up and dialed in. So I figured I would make some parts that were needed. That's cool, in the welding shop at the college I go to they just ordered and received eight new miller Dynasty 350 Tig/Stick machines and they are pretty damn nice IMOI have all kinds of goodies I can play with, machine shop and assembly shops also.

I can rig, but struggle with aluminum, so the spool gun for the mig is much easier till I get more training.

Plus Tasers are fun, but hurt like a fucker, although a stun gun is a 7 second ride that makes you fall and do funny things. The only thing that sucks though is taking the barbs out of your skin afterword.

I love choke holds, nothing like being the guy they are demonstrated on to teach others. Yes that was me way back in the day, but hey it gave me a better idea of how much pain you can force before the black out happens.

That is the great thing about the hop is we all can have a different view on everything and still have fun and not take anything personal. At the end of the day nobody has the same view, it is how you sway your view to be in line others to justify it. It is all good because if we were all the same none of this would exist.
