They prefer I wear a low shoe rather than a boot. I have worn dr martains, but their steel toe shoes seem to have gotten really cheap and don't hold up as well as they used to.

He bled out during one of his surgeries. I hope no issues arise with your buddy. He just got released! All is well. Wow, glad he is ok.

No arthritis is more than likely the problem. My sister and brother have this problem and have to take meds daily, I am holding out because I would rather not be dependent on meds yet.

I tested that thought and put amazing goop before I screwed it into the mdf and was suprised at the weight it held. If done correctly you will not have an issue.
