I have been looking myself for the 4runner and am down to the sony and pioneer. Which goop did you use blue or purple tube? I had the same thing happen when I used the purple tube, so I switched to the marine goop.

Where are you looking? Anywhere really, would be nice to work close to home and not have to pay for an apartment. I'm slightly more interested in going back to school but i'm looking for a job for a year or so. This app was for an acoustical engineer position with 3M. It was more of a practice application, just trying to get into the habit of applying.. Ok if you are looking my way let me know so I can give you some help/
