The wife just told me that if I laugh all night in my sleep again she is going to push me out of bed. I must have funny dreams.

So I figured I would play around and try to make this look a little nicer. Still can be remove with a little muscle and if I decide to keep it this way I will get more carpet so it looks nicer.- Welcome to the IHoP
Question for anybody that knows. Phone line is one conductor typically. Is it better to run stranded when you have dsl or does it not matter?- Austin863's X-WAGON Build

Figured I would get this started for him because I just finished up his sub box for the new GCON. So far we have installed a sony cd player and 4 Kicker 6.5's in the doors. The amps are picked out, but not purchased yet. He has been working hard to earn money to make these purchases, but as a good uncle I do not let him spend all of his money on audio equipment. Audio is fun, but gas and van maintenance are first. I snapped some pictures of the box as I was building it. Box is 22x21x18 which should be right around 3.64 cubes after sub displacment. We may have to add some polyfill to dampen, we will see at a later time.- Welcome to the IHoP
Hope you make your own rub and it doesn't include salt. Salting that far ahead will not help the texture. As for the buttermilk, that is exactly the goal. You can make your own buttermilk by adding a tbsp of lemon juice to a cup of milk. Goal is to do the opposite of what salting too early does. You should salt before you cook at least 15min but much more than that and you aren't helping the process. I'd rather salt right before hitting the smoker than hours before. I am going to try that Sean. Thanks. Maybe my ribs will taste even better!- Welcome to the IHoP
We have glue melters that do what you want to do. On one display we can view ip to 34 temps. I guess I may have to look into seeing what I can do with this technology and see what it will take to convert to home use. Thanks you have me thinking now.- Welcome to the IHoP

Egg cooking is fun! Hands down the best way to cook proteins.- Welcome to the IHoP

Don't they make something like that?- Welcome to the IHoP
Damn Sean, you are quick. What is the buttermilk for?- Welcome to the IHoP
I rub mine the day before and cook them for about 4 hours at 250. Sometimes depending on the amount of fat you may need to let them go a bit longer. - NEM's Evilinator!!
