Due to some asshats at work, the gym cards are suspended, so I had to go to a gym nearby. No way of doing squats, otherwise it was alright Any free weights? Yep, I can do everything I did at the other but not squats since there is no stand for the bar. There is a Scott machine, doesn't look too nice to do squats there. I've been contemplating on buying an olympic bar and weights and building my own stands. Apart from pulley pull-ups I don't need any machines and always use the olympic bar. That's the next thing I'm getting, squat rack. Like this: Only I won't have that stupid grin on my face. I thought that was you.

Thank you! They sure make the 4runner move, I have been told when I play low notes it lookes the the runner is moving up and down. I have not seen that, but if I do I am going to video it.

So I have developed a liking for pistachios. Never eaten one before until Friday and now that is all I want to snack on.

Take him to Disneyland, but he won't remember. That's what my parents did, We basically don't believe in presents at our house. Doesn't mean the kids don't get things, but neither my wife nor I do. The whole notion is odd to me. Sure I liked it when I was younger, but now it bugs me to some extent. Don't like feeling guilty. Don't get me wrong, I am all for giving when you have a great idea of something to give. Just a great feeling and a great thing to do. Or when a friend needs something. Yeah, but I feel guilty when it's my birthday and people give me stuff. I am a giver and not the best receiver. Gifts from me are typically out of the norm.
