  1. Should be open and ready to use buy then
  2. Locked for you.
  3. I may have the structure up, but not completed if you swing by next Friday.
  4. Thanks
  5. Worked this one with 80 grit for about 2 hours today.
  6. Team SSA bar in the works.
  7. About 2 hours of hand sanding with 80 grit. I am going after the old rough look and want some of the saw marks left. Next up 120 grit.
  8. I need 2 more of the larger pieces. I may get them Friday.
  9. Got Wood!
  10. I did a gcon build with two 15's on an AP 1500 that did 151 something on music. They are an awesome sub! If this was a 12 I would pick it up.
  11. He did not say. So I am waiting to get them from him. Is this the one you referenced? http://www.parts-express.com/peerless-by-tymphany-xt25tg30-04-1-dual-ring-radiator-tweeter--264-1016
  12. When I do the cut out for the tweeters I am going to rout in the face just deep enough so the mounting ring is flush with the baffle. I will look at the tweeter you suggested, but someone insisted on sending me a pair to use. He twisted my arm so to say.
  13. Thank you Matt. Going to add them to the garage system so people can listen to them is various positions.
  14. Here is what they look like if that helps.
  15. I can post some pictures of the boxes tomorrow. Running the Evil mid full range currently and wanted to add a little on the top treble wise.
  16. I was looking for a decent tweeter on the cheap. My power is a Yamaha 797 2x100 watts. As far as the crossover point I figured 2.5k would be a good starting point. I have no processing, but would be building a passive crossover to go in the box. What ever I do I need to stay in the 8ohm range. I am open to anything really, just those tweets fit the cheap part.
  17. You guys are really making me want to drink and I have been so good! Your peer pressure is not going to work!
  18. So I have built two boxes .71 cubes @58 hz for 8ohm evil mids and after about 6 hours of play time I am loving how they sound. Now I am currently looking for a tweeter and I am looking at these and planning on crossing them @ 2.5K what do you all think would be the best option? http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dc28fs-8-1-1-8-silk-dome-shielded-tweeter--275-075?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pla http://www.parts-express.com/morel-mdt-12-1-1-8-neodymium-tweeter--277-060?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pla
  19. Thank you, you need to think of more things that need done.
  20. Always welcome, just a formal place to drink.
  21. Thank you. It is very nice being able to work in a dry place when it is raining. Tomorrow may bring a GCON 15 box build, not sure yet.
  22. Once this bar is done you all are welcome to swing by for drinks and shots!
