I definetly have big plans for the whole house when time and money permit. Speaker wire is already ran through the walls to most rooms. Sounds like you just need speakers, power, and a processer then. The house has "Niles" control panels but I don't have the reciever they control. At this point I think they are probly "outdated" but atleast the wiring is present. I have been trolling for a Sonamp 1250MK-II for power detail. The masterbed and bath have 8" ceiling mounted drivers already, but I will most likely update those as well. On Saturday I installed 6 blowers so people no longer need to use compressed to blow off. A lady started to use one and the damn thing shot chunks of metal out the hose. I just finished pulling it apart and found the fan and housing completely destroyed.

People will die in this place. I can not do this much longer. Hell just to bring our new building up to code with a sprinkler system we are set back 180k! All because the previous owner removed the orginal windows and used osb to cover the openings. That changed the fire rating of the building. Does it have risers currently or nothing at all? It should have something as all commercial buildings are required to have some form of automatic fire protection, but this could be as simple as manual pull stations and stobes. I remember doing a few buildings for PA and we had to follow NY fire and electrical code and they are STRICT. This building is very old and had noting in, but a fire alarm from many many years ago.
