Ok, so I have been walking and jogging on a treadmill for the past 10 years. Yesterday I gave in to the wife and bought on of those elliptical machines. Spend an hour putting it together and moving my treadmill to the basement. I guess I am going to give that a try today and see if I can get a decent workout.

Back in 07 before I joined SSA a couple of guys I work with loved his videos. They were showing me these and then showing me his respones to their questions. Response not answer.
