Getting ready to light the egg up. Brisket and pork loin for my in-laws party. I did a ham shank last week smoked in cherry for about 7 hours and that was awasome!

Nice unit! After you get it and install it, would you post some pictures of it? I have been looking at those and the rocks and wonder how the egg would look with the fan. Absolutely. I'm stoked to get it in *pun intended*. Thanks
