My 4runner was very similar. I replaced fronts and rears with 6.5" AA carbons and replaced the tweeters with Seas neos. I did not alter the factory crossover in any way and have not had any issues since the install was done 2 years ago.

Sounds great! Do you recommend removing the whole dustcap, clean the old glue off, then reseal it with the 15 minute epoxy? I don't think you will be able to remove the dust cap without breaking it. I would just put some epoxy around it and if you can push some under where it released.

15 minute epoxy will work fine.

Vegas is a fun place, we use to go there every year for the Haunt trade show. Then they moved it to St. Louis.
