Bent rows like a beast! I don't care what people say, if you can stand bent over and pull that much weight to your chest, you are a beast!

I am sure I could max out with more weight, but I do not max out currently. No spotter, so I have to stay within my limits.

Not sure what you mean, but doing straight bar bent rows I use 180-200 lbs every week. My bench is 280 weekly.
