Wouldn't the combined lots have a great increase in value overall? It would, but not what I would have in buying, demo, and combining the deeds. If I can build a garage I would add more value to my property along with selling appeal if I ever sell it.

HOLY SHIT, $18k??? A house? You couldn't buy a lot the size of a queen size bed here for that.Yea, it is in very rough shape and a terrible layout. Not to mention the basement has been full of water on two occasions that I know of.

Just let the wife in on my evil plan, she seed ok with it. I was going to buy the neighboring house $18k and tear it down $5k-$10, but after looking in the cost and how much the empty lot is worth $23K. I am sticking to building on my lot.

That post reads really funny if you don't know that a mag is for a gun. Mmm, stripper clips and a speed loader. I never thought of that, until I reread it. Good thing I did not point out, it is a thumb killer after your fingers get sore.

Ryan I know you were wanting some mags a while back. We bought 100 of these and have not had an issue with them.
