I think it is a Mitch Hefeild joke about to never trust someone who wears both a belt and suspenders. Something about they don't trust either options so they use both....... I like it.

I have a mechanic who will hang from his feet (upside down) he claims this streches his back muscles and keeps everything in line with his spine. Keep in mind he is in his 50's and works a 12 hr shift on his feet a lot.

I have had back problems since a horrible car wreck when I was 18. Do you do any type of exercise to help with the pains?

I am sure that Fi has a phone number. The problem is if it was posted everybody would be calling them. Scott and Nick are very busy and work hard at providing good products as well as customer service!

No I have not heard of spookhill. Do you have any info? Spook Haven came from the town we live in. Just dropped the Lock and used Spook.
