A few years ago we ran 14 of these in a van. The only way we were able to make them sound decent was putting them in about 2.5 cu ft tuned to 30 hz. I still have one left if want info on the enclosure and port.

Is that 1.1 after sub displacment? I tried my ssd's with copper option sealed 1.1 each after displacment and really liked the sound, but decided go go ported.

I build my own crossovers. The polks are working well, but are about 15 years old.

Which would you recomend. I am currenty looking on bmm-electronics.com

Depending on you preferance you could get two pair. Everybody has different preferances when it comes to doing their front stage. As for the SEAS i am going to check them out. I am looking to replace my polks.

Depending on you budget Kicker does make decent sounding tweeters that come with a crossover. 05KS13

After I get my truck doors finished, when it gets warmer.I am going to do a small 2 channel with 4 of the MLI's. I will take pictues along the way.

Do you have any pic of enclosure? I am thinking of doing something similar.
