Exactly why I wish you would have said something earlier! I just found out last week that a friend on the forum was doing this when he posted it, sorry I did not think you all would enjoy my nerd ideas as my wife calls them. Dude that sort of nerd shit is exactly what the hop IS interested in I will do my best to share these goodies here.

Depends on how far you want to modify the parts. You can add more material in areas to make things larger.

Ha, it was cute. They hired middle schoolers to dress up and give out treats at the local grocery store. One kid stuffed the chocolate milk in Tanner's pocket and the cheese in his belt. I'm just glad they gave out non-candy treats! Makes me want to support the store a bit more. Of course, it is one helluva premium store so it's painful to do so. SUPER quality though. Love the cheese shop. How did I miss the cheese!

We've had one for years. Works well, the in-laws have been using one for decades I think. Tonight will be my first night using it. I hope I have the same luck.

Building that armor is very similar to building adult armor. Cut and modify to fit the body and attach with Velcro and snaps to keep the authentic look of the movies. The difference in the first order trooper is you would have to cut the black out of the bucket so the child can see, if I do it I was going to use a black tinted film so you can not see the eyes.

You BASTARD. You could have pointed that out a few weeks ago. Any idea how it was bonded to the black under clothing? ....if it is in the other link, just say click it. In hard core research mode atm. ...trying to figure out what tires to buy. Don't think I need this much ice traction https://youtu.be/synsozdV34I A morph suit with the head cut off. The armor screws together and you modify to fit the body and attach with Velcro to hold in the right position.

Wait, wah? I can take that 4ft doll and cut it apart to make stormtrooper armor to fit a child of similar size. A friend did did one for his son and it turned out awesome for $99 vs $650. I LOVE the idea. Obviously I have a 6 and 4 year old. tonight at the grocery store for indoor trick or treating Awesome, love it!

Why would you have a misalignment? Something worn or broke? No idea, but I've mulched a belt per tank of gas on the last two tanks. Sounds like you may have an idler going bad and pitching when you get on it. ....they are all new and freshly inspected. Thinking it may be the spring mechanism in the tensioner. If it relaxed a little then bam...or something like that. I need some energy to go out and yank it all off AGAIN. When I replaced mine it was a fun adventure on the 4runner, but worth it.
