Under the rear mirror in the dash. Use a thick grill material to dampen it a bit that way the reflections off the window wont be so bad.

I use it fully for myself when I am alone, which is 90% fo the time. With all the TA set for the driver seat the sound stage for the passenger seat is on the dash towrd the right. When I set it up for both seats it seems to be a little left on the driver and right on the passenger. Basically I just TA the mids and highs to eachother on the same side. With the center channel I wont have to worry about setting it just for the left or right, driver seat or both.
