Seems to be the best idea I have going. That way I could make it in one larger piece instead of several smaller pieces and have to fuse them together.

I have the idea to get a large "brick" of styrofoam and shave it in the shape that I want, glass over it and pull the foam out and have the console. Will it melt the foam? Should I tape the whole thing or will wax paper work?

I hope not. I can always use it and if I notice any I will sell it pronto...
2 hours and 30 min. Washing took an hour cause I hadnt done it in a month, I always do it twice wiped it down and let it sit for 15min in the sun. detailed the rims 15 min waxed and buffed the entire truck 1 hour.
Come on over...
Man, 2.5 hours of work well worth it... And now that all of the back breaking work is done....
