The prices are shipped yes. Check the stereo integrity section on the board, title of the thread is "new driver sale" should be the first one. that has all the info you will need
If you want the stereo integrity sub you may not want to wait. They are $300 for the 12 and $350 for the 15 for the rest of this week and next week for a preorder. Then when they go on sale they will be ~$500
