My routine... 6am wake up 6:15ish 100 situps 50 pushups 6:30 shower 7 hour drive to work 11:30 lunch 3 days a week, workout 2. Workouts consist of free weights and aerobic activities 12:30 back to work 5:30-6 start home 6:45-7 dinner 8 gym M, W, F power lifting (well, not really I am scrawny) 9-whenever forums and bed Routine changes daily. Saturdays I work on home style physical therapy for my ankle that still hasnt healed
