Great service, they take care of their customers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Explain. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> One-call is a perfered customer service that takes care off all SED's, customer invoices and other shipping needs that I use. It is really handy if you ever ship to puerto rico. Basically ther is a person that tracks, invoices, calls, and sets up your shipments.

Technically its not really a write off. We both know that the stores receved the product they are just too stupid to receive it into their inventory on time. Since I supply all stores in the chain unlike the other coodinators that I work with I got a little slack
