Listen to this man he owns SI... I can also promice you from my own experience that 1.5-1.7 sealed with oly 600 watts will yield heavy low end and very loud bass. You cant go wrong with a little more power either. As far as ported the only time I have heard mine ported was 1.5 tuned to 32hz with around 17sq.in. of port. It was loud, but I would definatly recomend the 2cu.ft. @28 as recomended. Mine seemed to lack the extreme low end that it has sealed. Awsome driver, definatly worth the money. You wont be dissapointed.

Dont know you Penny, but a I hope you had a good interview. I have one tomorrow. I ended up getting drunk with the Director that I am interviewing with tomorrow. I have extremly stiff competition. One of me work friends is applying. He is as smart if not more then I am. The thing that gets me is that he has only been in his position for 4 months. There is a 6 month mandatory time frame before a transfer. He got the approval. I on the other hand have been in my current position or 3 years. I REALLY want this job. This would mean another 10K+ raise a year. That would put me right at where I would be comfortable. If anyone here is a praying man(or woman) PLEASE give me some love
