heat shrink- -55 to 220 °C ----428 degrees Fahrenheit solder- solders needs at least 217 degree C to melt. i cant find any flame retardant specs, other than it being a heat to duration specification. That is pretty dam hot, im still curious as to the flame retardant specs

I've really just been eating clean since the last show and still working out of course so the weight is still coming off, but not as fast because im doing less cardio, but diet is still on point. I need to order some tanning stuff i uppose, ive been trying to stay outside and get burnt up for free, but its not as dramatic i suppose.. todays carb up day, then deplete Sun-Thurs, bring them back in thurs, night gradually until sat. yea i ordered 50ft of 1/0 today as well... I have absolutely no need for that much wire lol theres a diff in heatshrink?? i just buy the rolls from orielly's.. its easy to stretch it, them when you heat it, it still shrinks regularly its diff technics to stretch it ask google.
