Why not just be on the safe side and fuse the cable when you split it? I guess what I should of said was when you split a cable but I didn't clarify. Your main cable is already fused at the battery I'm assuming so to be on the safe side I would fuse the additional cables once you split it. You should be fine with the Karma or Klarity cables.

A fused distribution block would be a good idea if you were running a larger gauge cable and then reduced to to go to your amps (ex: 1/0 to 4awg). With the RCA cables, the Krystal cables are better than the Karma.

Are you referring to the RCAs that come with the amp kit from Knu, or are you talking about the 6M 4 Channel you linked to? The RCAs in the amp kit are no longer available I think. The Karma Kables are nice as are the Krystal Kables.

There shouldn't be a problem running the KX150.2 for the tweeters. If I were you I'd double check Kicker's website to make sure whoever your getting the amps from are authorized.

I'm sending mine roughly 100w a piece. I think the KX350.4 could do it or you could even step it up a little. The amp is rated at 60w to all four channels.

They really are some nice looking speakers.

Here is a picture Nick just gave me. Obviously the motor is different but it gives you an idea of the basket. We think the depth of them are around 3.125". The above measurements are in millimeters also. I hope this helps and if I think about it, the next time I'm home I'll pull mine out and measure.

What headunit are you running? Lets start there. I'm power the carbon mids and tweets both off of an Orion 8004, so they each get about 100 watts a piece. The gains are set pretty low right now so they may not even be seeing that much though.

Of course they can be run active. I've been running mine (carbon mids) active along side a set of Seas tweets for a couple months now. I love them... I can throw some pictures up if you'd like and as already stated, the depth is about 3-1/4".

According to their website, the outside diameter is 18.5". That would include surround and everything.

I really like the 800PRS. I feel it is easy to navigate the menus and allows for quite a few adjustments The sound is much better than the stock speakers. I think I need to hear someone's system that really sounds good to give a better comparison.

Tough crowd, or just a little slow here as of late.

My stock sub woofer was held in by two bolts. Once you get the panel off, you can easily access the them to take them out. Overall I've used a little over 150 sq. ft. of RAAMmat and Second Skin. I still have a little left over of the Second Skin that I'm probably going to add to the doors once I get some time.
