it is taking the weight great so far. But that will change with the 7-8 65lb batteries going in the back.

Just calculated the waste, and how much a sheet weighs. Added the batteries, subs , and amp. ~1053.59lbs will be added to the poor little VW.

(silver) two from the batt to the fuse holders.(red tech-flex, w/ bare wire on one end)

its actually a 1.5" by 14" piece of 3/4" mdf. I have a 3/4" round-over bit for the router, so it is a .75" radius arch. EDIT: here is a pic showing how i use it most of the time.

if you can get a hydraulic crimped lug off of a wire, your a bad ass. ill take a pic tomorrow of how solid it make a crimp.
