tune them however you want to, it's your car, not Kickers. I personally will never tune above maybe 32 for a DD, my 12's are tuned to 28 currently, that's what I like, a ton of LFE. Why not build a couple differently tuned boxes for just one of your 12's and give each some good listening time, then make your decision based upon what you like the best.

Yes, the windshield moves, water dances around on it like a $2 whore at the hole in the wall stripper joint. And yes the whores trophy is awesome, esp track 3.

Little update.... Smoke shakes in the air, trunk flexes alot, roof flexes, even the windshield flexes.... I can't wait till I get these on full power.

This sub truely is awesome. From the beastly look of the thing in person (pictures don't even come close to showing how massive every aspect of this woofer actually is...), to the extreme excursion, which was enough to turn Noah into a 5 year old (Do it AGAIN! One more time! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWW!) The output in the box noah was using was alot, I personally thought the XXX had more, but considering that it was an 18 and this is a 12, it held it's own quite nicely. The RL-S however destroyed the XXX in accuracy. There was no noticable delays, muddiness, or distortion of anykind coming from the RL-S. It was truely clean. I'd love to hear it in a correct box for it, but due to time constraints that's just not an option. I don't think I'll be trading in my Mags, but if I ever decide to make a retarded HT setup, I know what my sub-bass driver will be.

THat's awesome, but just out of curiousity, how are you running it at 2 ohms? 4 and 1 should be your only options.

I agrre with Jmac, if you really want to save money, insulation is the way to go. The less that furnace has to work the better off you'll be. Word to the wise. If anyone that reads this is thinking about getting a new AC or Heat Pump anytime soon, do it before then end of this year, the seer ratings are going up, so price on AC and heat pump equiptment and installation is going to double or tripple. (My boss says triple, I'm thinking double)
