  6. I agree completely, a 60 hz bandpass will be extremely peaky, and the roll off will rape the LFE that is the entire point of this driver... and the epicenter will not do anything to counteract that. But if that's what he want's to do, that's what he'll do.
  7. allo gov'na!
  8. sup neggas!? I love shawn of the dead...
  9. 1000 RMS no....................................... it can only BE 3.5 ohms

  11. LOL, i like CDT for general installs if you get it from don or whatever, they're good for people that are new to car audio IMO. (Shut up squeaker, I'm aware I'm a noob and I know nussing ) But as I learn more and more I will have to agree that alot of the stuff they release is not needed.

  16. my doors have 1-2 layers of damplifier, I'm thinking about adding spectrum to the back of the int. panels and some pad, also something between the pods and the panel. Noah, we're building some boxes next time I'm down for the weekend. One for 2 6.5s slot ported and big, the other one or two .5 cube with a 2.5" port and one with a 3" port. Sounds like fun doesn't it? Wanna build a folded horn or two?
  17. They're not ported anymore, they are sealed, and I really don't think I need to port them anymore in all honesty
  18. Good day
  19. That's awesome, must be nice...
  20. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.... I said that ROE had to compress it to make it so it wouldn't rape his bandwidth... so that's why it's such poor quality, again as I offered to kent earlier, I'd be MORE than happy to send you the full size vids, providing you have a high speed internet connection.... ask Tom about that one. And yeah, I was unaware you ever listened to grippin the grain... did you make a video with it or something? Bottom line on these pods is that EVERY SINGLE person (most aren't too into audio I'll admit it) that has heard this system has basicly chit themselves. I worked very hard and waited very long to have a great frontstage, and it's paying off. Kent, give me a time and I'll meet you on AIM to send it to you. Tomorrow night I'm going to a "drift competition" (quotes are because this is Ohio... and saying drift comp in Ohio makes me laugh a little), so tomorrow evening won't be good for me.
  21. yeah..so u say... lol..we're not there to hear them are we?? noooo, all we get is crappy audio on a sweeet video....though now when i think about...i always turn the sound off when i'm watching pr0n anyway... nevermind...lol... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you'd like I can send you the 60meg origional mpeg... you can get quite a good idea...
  22. Holy hell I got a reply from Kep... I'll most likely be wrapping them in vinyl, as I don't feel like messing with them enough to paint them. They are infact incredib;e. I can't wait to get some 4 ohmers... and horns... not that they really need to be louder. And yes ffinebar, it is one hell of a treat.
