Looks and is are two ompletely different things. I just don't see why anyone would spend $50 on an overmotored 6.5" driver, that can't atlest be used up to 1k. I'll bet that alot of the people that get them won't know how to effectivly implement them anyway. Not that many would notice the difference. IDk I guess I just don't like it because it appears like a driver that is ment to sell soley based on the size of the surround and magnets. And even if it's not, that seems to be why everyone is drooling on it...
I had that problem too when I was running them off my abahn (that was on it's last leg) in my old pods... the things barely moved. In the setup I have in the works I should see them at or close to full xmax, no problem. Should make for and interesting video, espically when I show how much air is movig in the port. Glad to hear you like them! Unless something goes severely wrong (wouldn't count out the xover still not working) there should be a plethora of multimedia and reviews after this weekend

What? A bumped backplate doesn't make something beefier... IMO, and I STILL can't get past the basket to motor size crappiness ratio. Just seems like it could have been made better. (read: stronger)
