Opinions, ESP. from the really experienced SQ guys, is 60hz low enough or should I be aiming somewhere in the 50's? This is mostly guesstimation for me, so if anyone has a better idea of what I should be aiming at, please tell me.

cause the old one just wasn't working, at all, either the tweeter was sitting where it would be blocked by dash, the port was too close to a wall for me to be comfortable, or the port would interfere with the fleece when I stretch it, looking like chit and possibly having negative effects on the airs ability to get through the port noise free...

Mini update! These are what I'll be using for ports... The new baffle... dun dun dun! I know everything is mounted close together, but unless you can think of a good reason why it will affect SQ, I won't be redesinging these baffles. I'm WAY over compensating for these ports just to make 100% sure they aren't close to the enclosure walls when all is said and done. All of the different parts will be connected and curved much like the previous design, hopefully, they will turn out good, cause I don't wanna do this again, lol... FEEDBACK PLEASE... pretty please? with a naked woman on top?
