L7 and 18" BTL mix.
Maybe because someone may have tried this and built a box specifically for both of them? And really why in the hell would I throw away a sub I worked my ass off just to "throw away" maybe it's easy for people that get there chit handed from mum and dad, so piss off lil joey.

L7 and 18" BTL mix.
I don't want to be cocky or anything, but they are what got me into this stuff a few years ago and Ive really studied them. I(ve) ran their subwoofers, amplifiers, coax, and components, I even love their wire. They are one of the few big companies I can stand. I know what I'm talking about when it comes to Kicker products. Honestly I never said anything to test your knowledge in any shape, form, or fashion. I made a mistake I apologize, all I'm wanting to know is can I benefit of them if not, it will sit in its little box until whenever, all I want to know is a little help with this?

L7 and 18" BTL mix.
Sorry bout that I should be more specific :] But anyways is there anyway I could benefit off the two?

L7 and 18" BTL mix.
Uhhh no. He thought you were first talking about a Solo-X, then you said L7. As in the Solo-Baric L7, they just say "Solo-Baric" for square subs, notice they don't call the CVX the Solo-Baric CVX, but it is the EXACT same sub as the Solo-Baric L7, but in a round form. And what are you talking about, "solocon"? PS. Don't test me with Kicker subs. Okay sorry I made a mistake its a Kicker Solobaric L7. And don't test you with kicker subs? Whats that supposed to mean?

L7 and 18" BTL mix.

L7 and 18" BTL mix.
True thats honestly something I was wanting to hear. I was thinking okay my friend from school has 3 diamond d3's I put my solobarics in his car and it didn't drown it out one bit, it actually popped his sunroof off track but, thats a different story I'll just hit up my local car audio guys and see if they can make a custom box for both woofers.

L7 and 18" BTL mix.
Alright so, I got t-boned a week ago and got 3300 from insurance, when the damages where 500$ worth but, to my question I have a 15 L7 and amp lying around from my old system, which was 2 solo's and 2 amps and I was wondering, is there anyway I could build a box to where I could have my solo and BTL 18" and they both benefit off each other without drowning each other out? Anyone ever thought of this? Thanks, Dover.

Okay, I've made my setup.
I guess I'll put everything in the car wire it and just wait awhile until I get the money to get a new alt. a 220 amp for my blazer runs 200$ and I know they aren't hard at all to install but, what do I do to keep it from overcharging my car? Will it?
-
Okay, I've made my setup.
Yes that does sound pretty logical, speaking I did have a power cap on my old system and it drained the car more than it helped it, But the thing is I don't want to go through the trouble of trying to take back the new alt I just bought and had installed to buy another and have it installed. What if I got an extra bat? Is there any other route? And wait I upgraded the bat along with the alt this new bat is basically a truck bat its a 1200 CA it's pretty big. Would I need to get soemthing else?

Stinger has a 15 farad for 127? Not too expensive for that high and that name of a brand?
-
Okay, I've made my setup.
Exactly what I'm saying, it's a external altenator basically.
-
Okay, I've made my setup.
What do you mean? Are you asking what all I'm going to do?
-
Okay, I've made my setup.
I took power cap off and added 40$ to the total haha ok then. any sound deading in this equation? It's not the fact that I wasn't listening to your ideal, it was the fact you where being a smartass. He was being a smartass because he was trying to help you by telling you to get rid of the cap. But apparently, you know more about this stuff than him right? Did I say I knew more than him? Please show me. It's the simple reason of him saying, "ok then keep telling yourself that." I've heard from everyone in my town buy a capacitor to save money, I'm not a fudgeing millionaire here, I don't have my daddy buying everything I own I've earned everythign I've bought and by that I'm trying to save a little money not by paying 4-500 for a new altenator and optima. Ya know there is a think called shopping around, But, whatever my questions have been answered, I'm done here. And he's trying to help you SAVE money. Buying a cap is only a bandaid. In the end, you would have ended up wasting money on a cap, and then you would have had to buy a new battery or alternator anyways. Last time I checked, batteries and alternators weren't running a million dollars...But don't worry. 3000 watts on a stock electrical is a REALLY smart idea. At least that's the vibe I get from you. Hmm... maybe if you would read my post before I said I already put a alternator and a bat on it and was saying I wasn't upgrading anymore by the fact, adding a power cap as a external source? Just leave it dude your just adding fire to the flame when it's not doing any good at all, just drop it.
