  1. great thanks kids for your help on this.....get to sleep so you not for late for pre-school tomorrow...bunch of F*&in losers
  2. sencheezy subwoofer as i know the jl audios i have were leaning towards SQ and that why i upgraded to the BL's to get louder. But this thread was suppose to help me with my mids and highs on how to properly setup and install.
  3. guys.. i had """SQL""" on my recent setup.....im more leaning to more SPL, just want a better system than what i had before(louder). im doing all this work myself and this is my first install so if anyone has any helpful input, please reply.
  4. Sencheezy I listen to hip hop and some house music but all kinds except for like country and classical..lol. I was thinking about maybe getting the crescendo components.? I'm looking for Sq and spl. My recent setup is stock with jl audio 1000/1 with 2 12 jl w6v2
  5. What do you think of the Clarion eqs746? I am also using a Kenwood deck
  6. Sencheezy what's a 80prs? Would it have been better with component set. The crossover on the s800.4 won't cut it? What equipment for you propose....I'm not competing just upgrading my sounds
  7. And what's the best way to install the tweeters? I was planning to install them where the stock 3.5 were on the dash but can't find any speaker adapter plates for it to fit. My second option is to flush them on the doors but not sure how to do it. Any suggestions?
  8. Thanks everyone for your replies. I'll be using the x - overs on the amp. I was replacing the stocks with the crescendo stuff except the rears which was going to run off the HU...but if it is unnecessary then I will disconnect it as well. For bass, I will be running the bc2000d with 2 12's fi bl in a ported box tunes to 31hz
  9. What is the best way to flush the FT1's to the door panels? How should I wire them to the S800.4? They are 8 ohms each and will also be running pwx 6.5 as well which are 4 ohms each. My plan is connecting the front right channels from HU to channel 1 and 3 and left front to channels 2 and 4. Which the tweets with be running on channels 1 and 2 with mids on 3 and 4, with stock rears running off deck which I will upgrade down the road.
  10. sorry cablguy184, here it is http://kenwoodusa.com/Car_Entertainment/In-Dash_CD_Receivers/1-DIN_CD_Receiver/KDC-HD455U

  12. Thanks guys for your input on this. Thanks for welcoming me to the forums
  13. Lurker In Chief, what's the issue with the drivers? Should I have gotten components instead? should i have gotten the inline crossovers for the tweets? I was told to run the ft1's separate and use the on board crossover
  14. No im running a Kenwood deck (kdc-hd455u)
  15. Im trying to upgrade my current system myself. I have a 2002 Toyota Camry with stock speakers(3.5's on the dash, 6x9's on the front doors and rear deck). I have a Crescendo s800.4 which I will be running 2 Crescendo FT1's tweeters(replacing the 3.5's), and 6.5 PWX's(replacing the ones on the front doors). How would i wire them to the amp so i can have them for the front channel as i will have my stock rears running off my deck until i upgrade those down the road. The FT1's are 8ohms and the 6.5's are 4 ohms. My subs will be 2 FI BL's running off the BD2000 from Crescendo.
