I have had great luck fireing the subs forward and the port side firing, loading off the rear sides. Had excellent response and spl.

Trouble shoot your power wire run and make sure it's not pinched or grounding to metal somwhere in the vehichle.

Sound good with some loudness when needed. Pretty much any subwoofer will do this. Just depends on how much I want to spend? Basically yes.

In person the older models dont look bad at all. For the price they can't be beat. Even still all that gold was just not a good mix. The new Black and Gold looks way better. Indeed. Maybe in YOUR opinion. It is my opinion and I HATE it!

I prefer to double baffle. When running a width of 48" I would brace and double baffle.
