i wana make sure if i get a dr 18 its gona be louder then my bl. my box now is tuned to 32 hz. so if i get the 18 and tune the box to 32 hz would it be louder? i dont wana spend money on something and it not be louder because i want more.

any updates on the coupe?

if your budget is 500 for a new setup its gona be hard to get everything. if you get a 18" q its gona be about 350 just for that.

i was actually thinking about a havoc 2 but i decided against it. i seen a vid on youtube of a guy comparing the q and the havoc and they were almost identical. ive heard a 18 q and an 18 xcon but i liked the xcon wayyy better. so thats kinda why i ruled out the havoc. how much are the havoc 15's?

eh i wana try a different brand. i was thinkin the dr would be like the xcon since its an sq sub also.

The logical step seems like the BTL, very impressive woofer. well the btl is more of an spl sub right? i really wanted to try something on the sq side. my buddy(mdizzle) has an 18" xcon and its a beast and i love how it sounds compared to my bl. I like that idea. yea well thats the thing i dont wana copy. he had a bl and i got a bl so i dont wana do the same thing again.

i have a 15 bl on a sundown 1500d and i want more. i was thinking bout an 18 death row. i want something thats gona be louder then my bl. i want an 18 so opinions would be nice. thanks

my buddy has an 18 xcon and its nicccce. if i were you id go with a 3500d but the 3000d would be good 2.

ive been looking at the dp's to. i cant decide now. i want something thats gona slam but still have good sq. which one is more capable of that? i no people dont like to hear it but i want an LOUD SOUND QUALITY sub and i read on the review the dp's are exactly that.

well mine obviously does since it starts out at 14.2 it should stay at that instead of slowly dropping. Friend of mine has the same year vehicle only a Blazer and his is rock steady at 14.5 at start up but will drop down to 14.1 when he turns up the volume knob. His system is modest compared to most! He has a 200amp DB Electrical Alt and an Optima Red top up front. i wish mine stayed that high lol. when it sits at 13.5 it usually drops to 13.2-.1 on most songs.
