Interesting build! How did you come up with your design for the series-tuned 6th order band pass? What are the tunings, port area, and internal volumes you are shooting for?

Finally getting around to building a box.
First you need to enter in your driver information, open the driver database editor, enter the info like this: The suggested procedure for entering driver parameters is following (check first that "Auto calculate unknowns" option is checked): 1. Enter Mms and Cms This gives fs. If either is not available, then enter fs and other parameter. 2. Enter Sd, Bl and Re Now, you should get all but Qms (and Qts), Vas. Please note that Vas may not match exactly what is specified by manufacturer, because exact value of Vas depends on environmental parameters. See FAQ. 3. Enter Rms or Qms. Either one will do, although I tend to prefer Qms over Rms, because it can usually be measured in driver measurement procedures. 4. Enter Hc, Hg and Pe. If Hc or Hg or either is available, then enter Xmax and optionally either Hc or Hg if available.

Finally getting around to building a box.
The newest version of WinISD is 0.7.0.900, they don't have a link to it directly from their website, they posted the link on their facebook page. You can access it directly here: http://www.linearteam.org/download/winisd-07x.exe This version is MUCH better than any of the previous versions, and you don't have to use task manager to exit out of the program.

I'd measure the voltage at your amp, that will answer your questions really quick.

Lets try to isolate the problem a bit. Unplug the negative wire from your second battery, start your car and then measure the voltage across the negative cable to the positive cable. You should get the same voltage as what you get at your primary battery, if you don't something is wrong with your wiring. If you do get the same voltage you can try taking out the second battery and charging it up. I am not a car electrical expert but I think that AGM batteries use a different float voltage than regular wet lead-acid batteries. I also know that some trickle chargers will over charge and ruin a batter if they are left on it too long. I'm not 100% sure on either one of those so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in too.

How do you have your second battery wired in? The 13.78 volts you are measuring is what your alternator is putting out, you should be reading that everywhere. Personally I'd be pretty wary of used batteries unless I really knew the history on them.

Corner adds to port length?
I've tried a lot of different fasteners, at this point I like 1/4" socket head cap screws and these the best: https://www.parts-express.com/parts-express-1-4-20-barbed-body-insert-nuts-50-pcs--081-1096 They are much more difficult to cross-thread than hurricane nuts or t-nuts. If you cross thread a hurricane nut and break it free from the glue, you WILL hate your life.

Hello everyone, my name is Jesse and I'm an avid audio enthusiast (like most folks here, I assume). I like to build enclosures as hobby and I'm always looking to learn something new and further my skills. The link I got came from their facebook page, you can see it here: https://www.facebook.com/WinISD The new version really is a lot better, IMHO. When did you download it? The link on facebook was posted Nov. 2011 Many times, the most recent was five minutes ago.

There is a virus in this download ! According to what? That file is straight from LinearTeam. My virus software doesn't find anything wrong with it (Microsoft Security Essentials) and I've never heard anyone else say anything of the sort.
