I use Titebond III And screws I'm not exactly sure on the screws, I just used wood screws though, full threaded, black ones, they worked pretty well. Also, very important to pre drill, with my experience MDF splits easily, fair warning lol. GL!

Sounds about right, if I was to ever do four 15s, I would be in the low 20s for cuft. And 28hz is rather low tunning, Should be ok for daily though, you may change it for your needs though. For a box design, you should simply contact one of the vendors herre. Ram Designs is a good one, but won't build, DC Creations would also be another choice. But to help you, of course we need some info from you, such as What vehicle? How much space are you will to sacrifice? What are those MAX demensions? How much power, tho irrelavent to some.

Ok, so last update for the night, its now 4:18, so I've been at this for atleast 5 hours after an 8 hour shift at work This box build is finally almost complete, thank god, this was a lot of work!! I have gained much respect for box builders. Well on to the pics... Glueing three panels together Decided to try bolt through terminals this time. This enclosure is very ugly, uneven, and slppy, but at the end of the day, I'm happy with it, I feel accomplished Thanks for looking! Time to get some damn sleep after a nice shower.
