Off to J.E.C.A.R to get some shit done My mentor Daniel Powell working his magic with my amps he was using a fuckin spatula to pry some wood off lmao in there like swimwear, plexi and trim panel to come soon so at one point we were haulted, couldnt tighten down my lugs onto the wire due to the allen being so big so we went and got one, and welded it to a 13mm socket lmao just imagine clean wiring and LEDs.. soon soon termporary BS battery rack/arm rest lol, voltage drops from 15.1 to 14.9 full tilt.... on one battery at 1200 rpm.. im wired at .67 people lol TIP OF THE DAY, dont let anyone else touch wiring... even something as stupid as RCA's......... stupid expensive lesson, that is all. moving on trip up to crossfire to get the amp repaired
  2. bedlinered a friends roof, gonna do another layer on mine as well..
  3. started bodyworking the port plug in 6 sp4s all ready for action starting to make the loading wall all one piece sanded smooth starting to look like a build........ glassed the last internal seams to make sure its 110% sealed and strong as shit. taking a few hour long nap then gonna get up and finish the box and load woofers so i can test

  6. slightly out of order, sealing up the rear sealed chambers before the 2x4s bracing baskets for the last 2 18s i got were 3" coil opening so i got to have alot of fun widening them to the correct diameter lol and drill new holes SMH prepped when i did the grounds under neath, all the old runs came up through here so there was about 5 extra 5/8" holes in the floor so i sealed them up with some pl8x and 3/4 birch sealed up 3/0 welding frame grounds and Knu Rca's ready to go

  8. off to paint they go stripper pole going out for paint reconable tweets ftw, these are getting painted too, bullets left machined, edges left black, horn painted purple 10s out of the box lotta weight bruh adding a roof onto my shell extension, 3/4 "spacer" if you will on each side on top of the rear sealed sections with 2x4s on top to give me something to screw too and of course make it very thick. now it will be flush with the front of the enclosure once i stick a piece of 3/4 up there few more 2x4s to go
  9. plexiglass drilled out ready to install interior of the sealed sections getting glassed up filling the last gap where the rear port was goonna be all of them back from paint now. theyre gorgeous building up the last two subs, **** ghetto engineering uh oh... time for loud doors? i think so
  10. time for some new frame grounds yuuckkkkkk new 3/0 welding cable grounds much better, painted over, hear shrunk, etc... main runs to the rear, 2 runs of 4/0 welding positive, 1 run of 4/0 negative under hood bamain runs to the rear, 2 runs of 4/0 welding positive, 1 run of 4/0 negative
  11. finals cuts made on baffle aw shit strated filling in the holes time to foam this roof up solid more on all that above later, deadener is coming out and roof is gonna get smoothed and painted with the rest of the inside of the wall so it all appears to be one piece
  12. think i found what color im gonna dip the truck progress on other rear sealed section rear port on passenger side knocked out, gonna do aeros in front for easier adjustability sanded smooth port plug kreg jigged ready for install glued screwed and bondoed sealed back up moving along i could get used to this(;

  17. as pics do absolutely no justice. let me put it this way, the lug to the left, is a 3/0 welding cable lug loll.... can you say 2 4/0 cables in one terminal? yessssssuh friend of mine came over to help put some hands in on the burban getting closer, mock ups glassing all the internal seams two baffles on and secured, will probably put the other two on whats its in the truck. more tomorrow, stay tuned

  19. **** plexi is ready dawgggggg time for baffles flushed in Robin Butler style(; still need to do some router work on the baffles, round over, etc.. but shes coming along.
  20. one rear port built and glassed dry fit before the top was put on all glassed and drying **** purpppppp found the diameter to flush in the baskets so they are air tight test fit start of the baffles test fit of the sub considering there inverted i cut them a little big. (;
  21. yessir, you in dallas as well?Yeah (Arlington to be exact) im the one who text you about building a box a few months back. Im on SMD as well, I also was the one who asked where did you get your welding cable locally at? i just get it from a friend lol
