Did you use the gromet directly behind the battery ? That carpet sucks to pull up, has that stupid plastic liner on it. I had to modify my froends doors to get the DLS MS6's in. Not to mention the 3/4" baffles i had to do. The wire will pop out of the paneling, its a tough squeese. If you dont want rattling then remove the HVAC flap on the left side. It flaps like a mo fo when the bass hits.

The OZ matrix and ID MAX are almost the same sub. I would go with the RL-p simply because of the GREAT customer service that Mike offers and it also requires a fairly small encolsure compared to its rivals. No music will play as low as 20hz so I dont see why thats such a big deal to you. The SSF will cut that frequency anyways.

Not gonna just do headers, cat back as well. As said in my 1st post. The thing about long headers is that they are not street leagal or smogable. Really, the exhaust note isnt of importance to me, just as long as its not annoying(flowmaster). So far, i havent found a pair of headers for $170 with free locking header bolts

Looks like you have somewhat of an idea on what you want for your Scion. I think 2 members on this site have them aswell. For a sub we need to know the following: What kind of music do you listen to What type of sound do you like: SPL or SQ Do you have an amp already What is your budget. Answer those and we might be able to find you something sutable for your needs.

Im not really concerned about sound from the exhaust. Thats what the muffler is for I believe you need CARB legal products, they need a number for the headers when you get it smogged.
