I can smell em steve. I loved that thread on the RL-p vs the type R Kent and justin both compalined that it was in the wrong enclosure. and whadda know...it sounds like crap. So i read in like 5 pages and he makes a new enclosure for it and says that its a night and day difference. But im thinking...will n00bs read 5 pages into a thread, HELL NO They will read the 1st page and see that the type R is god. I also noticed that he didnt comment on any of mikes (ss mike) comments because they were all the truth. No mainstream sub has enough SQ for my liking.

The number in the AIM get file thing were it says "transfer rate" ? Between 37-42 KB/sec for some people, others upwards of 127 KB/sec. Seems pretty piss poor to me. Around 45 minutes for 105, 000 KB <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I used to get an even 40kbps but now it just slows down. i have never gotten 127kbps, thats fast !

1. That would be quite hard to do in a vehicle with all the bends and what not. 2. Fibreglass would be faster and can mold eaiser 3. A properly built fibreglass enclosure will sound just as good as a wooden one. 4. Gramps doesnt know the ways of the fibreglass
