I should take pictures of me cooking an RCA cable on the stove, do it step by step and take pictures... Even do it multiple ways too...baking, stir-fry...

  4. I'm not a big fan of those common-brand A/V receivers, they seem really tailored to the Best-Buy crowd who's looking for a small, compact solution. Yes, going with a seperate pre/processor and amplifier might be more expensive, but you're getting much better quality in components. And I like having things separated as much as possible, it really allows the manufacturer to go balls-out for each specific part instead of having to cram five amplifier channels and a processor all in one 30 pound plastic box.

I would agree with all of this

The recommended enclosure sizes listed on their site are correct. I'd prefer them sealed, but that's just me

wow, I should go kick their asses for that load I especially liked: Ironically, someone recommended that over on AudioAsylum today. An "Industry Rep" said that not only do you have to cook your cables, you have to keep doing it because over time the effects wear off. Cables don't stay in a static state... Really, I didn't know that. I don't touch cable arguments with a 20-foot pole...although it's fun...
  9. Would be one heck of a way to get some infrasound, though

Biodiesel and veggie oil are horribly corrosive on stock fuel filters and lines. Everyone I've talked to or read about has replaced their fuel lines with non-corrosive ones, and gone through several filter changes when first running on it, apparently it's an extremely good solvent and likes to clean up any gunk that might be in the fuel tank

    That's good business right there.

Oh well, it'll have to do. Only me and another person in this group give a shit about this anyway, so it's not like they'll mind...

Shit... Does anyone know how to import slides from another slide show into Powerpoint 07? Along with that, is there a way to apply the same background formatting (colors, images) to every slide at the same time?
  19. Sure, but I love the 100% shielded Krystal Kables
  20. Where do you live? An SQ smacking in the face can be arranged

I think I need a break from this site.
  23. I use Knukonceptz, except for the mono ones I needed to get...which were Dayton digital coax ones from Parts Express, I haven't noticed a problem in the way those are made.
  24. Those "most people" must be all bassheads For those of us who aren't, it has more than enough output.
  25. I'd look into older used, but solid amps, like the PG M44 for that price.
