There's so much wrong with that post it'd take a thread of its own to properly address it...- Welcome to the IHoP
aw mayne u juss b hatin bro, holla atcha boizzzzz. werd.- Welcome to the IHoP
And the only ones in Carolina are the ones with a serious navigation problem or the stupid hybrids that get in the sound...- Welcome to the IHoP
I haven't fished freshwater in a looooooong time...probably don't need shock leaders with smallmouths, do ya? One of these years I'd like to get back up to the Northeast for the fall striper run. They're getting back up in the 50 pound range more regularly now...after being down for a long time.- Welcome to the IHoP
The last time I was home I looked through mine, I don't know if I have anything short enough to work around here Something tells me throwing topwater plugs with two trebles apiece off of a 12' rod on the New River is...a bit much...- 18 BTL FULLY LOADED GOOD AMP FOR IT??
I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole. Out of that list, I'd pretty much narrow it down to the Incriminator, Rockford Fosgates and the Sundown. Out of those, whatever you can get the best deal on/best support with...- Not home audio but...
Two words for you. Imperial Horns. http://www.decware.com Would do for the "bigger gigs" quite nicely, unless you're playing Wembley Stadium The enclosure's the far more important part. Then you can worry about drivers. For those, I'd look into B&C stuff - I see their woofers highly recommended by the Tractrix horn and bass-bin crowd for hi-fi.- impedance rise
Impedance rise for subwoofers over the entire frequency range is not something to worry about. Yes, the impedance won't be constant, but for music it doesn't matter. Now, when you're burping at a single frequency, the impedance at that fixed value suddenly becomes important...- Spring Showdown in Roanoke Virginia
The oompa loompas were gettin' froggy on Monday, the truck looks ugly/loud- Welcome to the IHoP
What language are you guys doing for CS?- My impressions of the next-gen SI Mag 12
It has enough output - how's that for an answer I don't have any sensor numbers, don't really care about that, as soon as any woofer gets loud enough to draw attention to itself, it's too loud.- hella cool, to me anyway.
Any good for what? I don't really see how you can do any of that and not have it be permanent in one way or another. It's good you're enthusiastic about the hobby...but...use this time to read up and learn from the mistakes of others- Welcome to the IHoP
Got pwnt on the ERP homework for today, though...no matter...- Welcome to the IHoP
Wow, managed to pull out a 93 on the Quality & Process exam from last week. I still have no idea what he's looking for as far as grading (writing question marks on entirely subjective questions?) but hey, I'll take that.- Welcome to the IHoP
Home again, my internet is back up.- Welcome to the IHoP
I'm about to lose it. Yes, it's quarter to three, but KEEP YOUR pucking MOUTH SHUT and stop laughing like a hyena every two minutes. Contrary to what you may think, other people are actually liking the quiet right now...- Alternator Help
Those mechanics are idiots.- Welcome to the IHoP

Actually might work out better, that way I don't have to turn on the laptop and get weird looks from people.- Welcome to the IHoP
Feeling like an idiot - realizing I just drove across town to the Math Empo only to realize that one assignment isn't posted online and I left the instructions back in the apartment. Oh well, I can at least get one other thing done while I'm here...- SQ
What does this have to do with Fi products?- Welcome to the IHoP
If the processor is like a tape out, where the level of it is fixed, there you go. Otherwise, I'd probably go high-level... - subwoofer comparison
