All batteries, are well batteries. I'd never expect any of them to last. I've been pretty rough on this one, as well. All the radios draw a lot more idle current than I'd like, not a problem when I was driving it more regularly...but I really need a low-voltage cutoff on there and a solar float charger now when it's sitting.

Welcome to what I've been doing, although there's no way in hell I would have put something that nice in my dorm room I'm really thinking about going with a Squeezebox in the future, though...would solve any noise issues with the server and be a heck of a lot easier to deal with than a keyboard and mouse.
