If you like the sound of Quarts, anything with metal dome tweets should give you that same sound. Personally, I can't stand them without heavy EQing.

Only a handful of them in existence...and this one happens to show up in the middle of SW VA. Not to mention the guy was pulling it with a freight rig worth more than some people's houses, and had another car on it that got next to no attention

Just need to spend ten minutes or so in the parking lot and figure out what frequencies they're using. Shouldn't be too hard at all, especially if they're on published channels.
