I never saw ND in theaters, but I watched it on DVD once with a few people...and kept thinking for the entire time how unfunny it was. I just didn't "get" any of the humor, I guess...

The easiest speech for me to write would be a Roast. You could either pick someone famous or someone made up, have them be marrying your sister and rip the piss out of them. You can tell dumb childhood stories, idiotic manuvers, and whatever you like. If you want to be controversial you could pick a politician or actor or something but I'd still have them be marrying your sister as it will make writing the speech a snap. 4V isn't by default better than 3V. Only means you don't have to turn the gains up quite as high to get the same level of output. As for the amp question - you should be fun. Doubtful you're getting the full preout voltage on that Alpine anyway, unless you're calibrating the system at 34 out of a max. 35 volume setting.
