Just 4...think it was a duplicate when I went through them the first time.

    Do explain, please
  3. If you're using the passive crossovers, you have one set of wires going to each channel on the KX250.2...there's no bridging involved to "get to" 4 ohms.

Me too And hell, with the way Ford's truck sales are suffering, a diesel pickup to replace the van is going to be cheap in a couple years

Time to find out if the post office has been sitting on their ass again, I guess... Probably canceled mail service to me
  6. Can you try to pop the dent out? If not, you could always get a plain, unmarked poly dustcap from numerous speaker-products places, like Madisound or PE...unless you absolutely have to have the Fi logo on there.

Bad remake of "Space Oddity" in a Lincoln ad?
  12. That would look very good
  13. Rims, meh I could see changing the style from the stock ones...but going bigger is just wasteful on a car like that.

details on the mini tower?? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee It was an IBM Netvista desktop...basically just the case itself, power supply, floppy drive, and mobo. No hard drives or CD drives. I was figuring I'd separate the motherboard and sell that separately...if it was worth anything to anyone...I'll get pictures after class today if you're interested.

oo! <-- interested I'm not sure it's the kind of stuff you'd be interested in...Great White, April Wine, one Journey (Raised on Radio I believe), Foreigner, and in the weird '70s things category, Starcastle & a bunch of Hall & Oates

Also have an inordinate amount of '80s hair bands and '70s pop/rock on vinyl that I'll let go cheap

Does anyone have a use for two Basic stamp controllers or a 1GHz Celeron mobo/minitower? So much random shit taking up room here, time to get rid of it
  18. Just something to keep in mind, you'll need another two channels of amplification
  19. Very pretty, but...an automatic?

    Whiskey, hookers and cards?
  21. Personally, I'd probably start out with a Q or BL, but that's just me...
  22. What do you have for an Alpine? Those RE's wouldn't be a bad start if you could find a small four-channel and run active off of your head unit. Or maybe a used set of Alpine Type-X's, I actually liked those better than the RE's.
  23. Midbasses aren't too bad, the tweeters could use some improvement. I'd rather piece together a set from Vifa drivers individually and run them active, that way you could substitute better-sounding tweets. Power handling isn't an issue either way.
